🔥 Vietnamese Language and Culture là tổ chức phi lợi nhuận được thành lập với sứ mệnh mang ngôn ngữ và văn hoá Việt Nam ra ngoài thế giới. Ngôn ngữ và văn hoá là sự kết hợp hoàn hảo và hài hoà; nó mang đến cho người nước ngoài học tiếng Việt cũng như người hâm mộ văn hoá Việt Nam sự hiểu biết đầy màu sắc về ngôn ngữ, địa danh, ẩm thực, lễ nghi, truyền thống,… Từ đó, họ và cũng chính chúng ta có thêm lý do để yêu quý và trân trọng những giá trị văn hoá truyền thống của người con đất Việt – sứ mệnh của Vietnamese Language and Culture.
✨ Mô tả công việc:
– Ban Content
- Nhóm Ngôn ngữ: phụ trách viết bài về tiếng Việt, ví dụ như cách sử dụng một thành ngữ, tục ngữ, tiếng lóng,…
- Nhóm Văn hoá: phụ trách viết bài về văn hoá, phong tục tập quán, truyền thống của Việt Nam, chẳng hạn như Tết Trung Thu, Tết Nguyên Đán, áo dài khăn đóng,…
- Dịch bài hoặc nghiên cứu để có kiến thức nền tảng về chủ đề bài đăng.
- Đảm nhiệm các hoạt động marketing nhằm tăng tương tác với độc giả.
– Ban Thiết kế:
Thiết kế poster, hình ảnh, video cho fanpage và website.
✨ Yêu cầu:
- Cam kết đồng hành cùng tổ chức ít nhất 3 tháng.
- Có khả năng cân bằng giữa công việc và việc học.
- Độ tuổi: 14-22
Ban Content:
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt (đính kèm chứng chỉ IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT nếu có).
- Có khả năng viết bằng tiếng Anh.
- Có kinh nghiệm viết bài và phát triển nội dung (ưu tiên).
- Đính kèm những tác phẩm hoặc portfolio của bạn (nếu có).
- Đã/Đang sinh sống ở Việt Nam.
Ban Thiết kế:
- Có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh (đính kèm chứng chỉ IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT nếu có).
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế như Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator,…
- Có khả năng edit video (optional).
- Đính kèm những tác phẩm hoặc portfolio của bạn (nếu có).

Vietnamese Language and Culture (VLC) is a newly formed organization and we are currently looking to recruit some members and leaders for the Content and Design divisions. The Content division members are responsible for researching and writing articles about the Vietnamese language usage and our culture. Meanwhile, the Design division members are responsible to design and create banners, thumbnail images for social media, digital illustrations, etc. See more down below.
🔥 Vietnamese Language and Culture is a non-profit organization with the mission of spreading Vietnamese language and culture to the world. Language and culture is a mutually supportive combination that assists Vietnamese learners and enthusiasts in learning more about the country’s language and culture. As such, we will cover a range of topics from food, music, landscape, history, and so forth. The goal is to allow people around the world to understand the Vietnamese language and culture more. Thereafter, enabling them to reason the way our society functions and appreciate the rich traditions we hold is our mission.
✨ Position Description
+ Content
- Language division: writing articles about the Vietnamese Language, slangs/idioms usage, etc. I.e. How and when to use certain Vietnamese words/phrases correctly
- Culture division: writing posts about Vietnamese culture, traditions, customs, norms, etc. I.e. How is Lunar New Year celebrated in Vietnam?
- All writers are responsible to conduct some research or translation to have a foundation for their articles.
- Upload stories to increase the reach, interactions, and engagements when new articles and events are released.
- Seeding articles and events in other groups or pages.
+ Design:
- Responsible for banners, thumbnail images for social media, digital illustrations, graphic design, photoshop, and or video editing
- Create a palette and theme for the page and website.
✨ Recruitment requirement:
Must commit to working with us for at least 3 months
All candidates must be able to balance between their work for this organization and school/job *
Age Requirement: 14 – 22
– Content team (6 total slots)
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (attach your certificate such as IELTS, TOEFL, SATs, ACT, or transcript if available)
- Capable of writing in English
- Have experience in writing articles (preferred)
- Attach a few sample writing articles or portfolio (if any)
- Have lived, or been to Vietnam for a time
- 3 slots per division (Language/Culture)
– Design division (3 – 4 slots)
- Can communicate in English at least an intermediate level (attach your certificate such as IELTS, TOEFL, SATs, ACT, or transcript if available).
- Good at using adobe photoshop/illustrator or any other designing software.
- Capable of editing videos (optional).
- Attach a few sample arts or portfolio (if any)
