    VIETNAM GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL (VGBC) IS LOOKING FOR A DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

    📌 Job Description:

    • Full time, 32 hours per week

    • Flex-time (weekly schedule can be adjusted to equal a total of 32 hours)

    • May include both weekdays and weekends depending on event activities

    • Weekly office schedule – 3 days (24 hours) office time minimum, 1 days (8 hours) work remotely optional if desired

    • Location: VGBC Office, located at 587 Lac Long Quan, Hanoi

    📌 Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

    📌Member relations

    • Conduct research on prospective members

    • Communications with members on renewals

    • Prospective member communications

    • Member contracts processing (to support accounting department)

    • Attend conferences and represent the VGBC for member relations

    • Membership certificates printing and mailing

    📌Green Products and Services Database

    • Conduct research on prospect database listers

    • Contracts processing support

    • Renewals communications

    • Project certificates printing and mailing

    📌 LOTUS Green Building Project Certifications

    • Contracts processing support

    • Communications with LOTUS technical team and project teams

    • Project certificates printing and mailing
