“ Chương trình thực tập sinh Foreign Agriculture Service là sự kết hợp của Tổng Lãnh Sự Đại Sứ Quán Hoa Kỳ và việc thực tập của học sinh, sinh viên. Đến với chương trình thực tập này, sinh viên sẽ được học tập thông qua các trải nghiệm khi làm việc tại Đại Sứ Quán.”
🌟 Mô tả công việc:
- Biên dịch và soạn thảo những cuộc đối thoại, những bản báo cáo trong và ngoài Đại Sứ Quán cho bên đối tác liên quan.
- Hỗ trợ thực hiện các chiến dịch truyền thông online của FAS bao gồm việc phát triển và chỉnh sửa thiết bị truyền thông và làm việc với đối tác. Hỗ trợ việc phát triển chính sách đối ngoại của văn phòng.
- Làm việc với FAS Officers and Specialists để phối hợp chuẩn bị cho sự kiện giao thương nông phẩm của Hoa Kỳ ở Việt Nam bao gồm việc cập nhật danh sách liên hệ.
- Soạn thảo và xử lý những thông tin giao thương và hỗ trợ công việc phiên dịch khác khi được yêu cầu.
🎯Yêu cầu:
- Thời gian thực tập: 6-12 tháng với trên 20h làm việc/tuần
- Sinh viên đang tham gia vào chương trình đại học ở Việt Nam
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh và khả năng làm việc đội nhóm tốt
- Độ tuổi từ 18 trở lên khi ứng tuyển và không phải là công dân Hoa Kỳ
- Ngoài ra, còn một số yêu cầu như:
- Những ứng viên không mang quốc tịch Việt Nam cũng phải tuân theo quy trình tuyển của những ứng viên quốc tịch Việt Nam
- Tất cả các ứng viên của chương trình thực tập này phải tốt nghiệp cấp 3 hoặc cấp 2 trước khi bắt đầu chương trình thực tập National Student Intern Program(FNSIP).
- Những ứng viên được chọn phải tuân thủ nguyên tắc về bảo mật của Đại Sứ Quán

- Bất kỳ tài liệu bổ sung nào (ví dụ: bài luận, chứng chỉ, giải thưởng, bản sao bằng cấp đạt được, v.v.) đáp ứng các yêu cầu về trình độ của vị trí như được liệt kê ở trên

The U.S. Consulate General Ho Chi Minh City is located at 4 Le Duan Blvd., District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. BASIC FUNCTIONS OF POSITION
The FAS Internship program benefits both the U.S. Consulate General and student interns by providing a valuable educational experience to students while assisting the Consulate General accomplish important mission goals.
The FAS Intern will be responsible for:
- Compiling and drafting internal and external communications and economic reports for relevant stakeholders;
- Assisting with the FAS Vietnam online digital marketing campaign, including developing and editing social media and working with industry partners; Assisting in the development of an office communications strategy;
- Working with FAS Officers and Specialists to coordinate preparations for U.S. agricultural trade events in Vietnam, including updating contact lists;
- Compiling and processing trade data; and,
- Assisting with translation and other tasks as required. Intern will receive mandatory job training. All duties will be performed in English.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Applicants must address each required qualification listed below with specific information supporting each item. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the applicant is not qualified.
- Must be currently enrolled as a college/university student in Vietnam.
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of appointment and a non-U.S. citizen.
- Good working knowledge of Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required (this maybe tested).
ADDITIONAL SELECTION CRITERIA
- Non-host country foreign nationals who are legal resident students of Vietnam are required to submit the same documentation as the other applicants, and legal residency permit for consideration.
- All Student Intern Program applicants must have graduated from high school or equivalent secondary school prior to beginning Foreign National Student InternProgram(FNSIP).
- If selected, the student must be able to obtain and hold themedical and security certification from the Consulate.
PLEASE NOTE: INTERNS ARE NOT CONSIDERED U.S. CONSULATE GENERAL EMPLOYEES
- The intern will not be considered as a Federal employee.
- There will be NO employment benefits associated with this position: annual leave accrual, sick leave, etc.
- There will be NO compensation or payment.

- Gratuitous Service Agreement (Attached).
- Official transcripts illustrating good academic standing.
- Written permission from the educational institution.
- A copy of ID card and student card.
- Any additional documents (e.g., essays, certificates, awards, copies of degrees earned, etc.) that address the qualification requirements of the position as listed above.
